1. Data we collect

Y Vo Vietnam (yvovietnam.org, operated by THANH-DAO-PTY-LTD under BIXSO) collects: account information (email, display name), member profile (avatar, bio), content you post (questions, answers, heritage articles if you are an expert), and health-routing metadata when you submit a consult request — this does not include medical records, diagnostic imaging results, or treatment history.

2. Health boundary (important)

Y Vo Vietnam does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All exchanges on the platform (Q&A, connections, chat) are general informational content only. When you submit a "routing consultation" request, the system forwards, one-way only (HMAC-SHA256 signed), minimal metadata to a suitable health partner — we do not store clinical records on yvovietnam.org's infrastructure.

3. How we use data

Operating your account and community features (Q&A, expert connections, courses); improving the product experience; sending notifications related to your activity on the platform (new answers, connection requests). We do not sell personal data to third parties. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand anonymous navigation patterns (pages viewed, which technique catalog entries are opened, which buttons are clicked) — never symptom text, Q&A content, or anything you typed.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on Google Cloud Firestore (Singapore region), protected by role-based access rules (Firestore Security Rules) and Firebase authentication. API connections require HTTPS.

5. Your rights

You can request to view, edit, or permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from your Profile, or contact admin@bixso.ai.
